what a wild ride. the level transitions were very visually satisfying, too

good game but the clock + 4-number code makes no sense to me
It's honestly insane that all this content is free. The puzzles are fun and simple, the story is entertaining and interesting, the writing is funny and charming, and the premise allows the story to go on for as long as creatively possible.
Everything about this series is so high quality. It gives me Ghost Trick vibes for some reason.
My one gripe is I wish visually there was a bit more contrast in colour and value, after an hour it's a bit straining to the eye.
the game seems to forget the very fundamentals of this genre? which is to set up a scene, give the player a very clear objective and leave them clues to how to achieve that, NOT make a very specific pixel hunting simulator.
so it ends up feeling less like a point and click puzzle and more like a exasperating interactive story. the only scene that gets it right is the couples watching tv, and even that is ruined by overall bad visuals/art direction
the game is not mentally stimulating enough to be a puzzle game, but the controls are not tight enough to be the top down precise action game it's trying to be. so it ends up having all the frustration and difficulty of those types of games, with none of the sense of accomplishment.
the ideas and the concepts are actually really interesting, but the execution is just...not good.
pretty accurate representation of my life right now. if only making money and getting reputation was as easy as mashing space on the keyboard
